RELAXER SERVICES

Service Description

This service are for those who wish to straighten their hair permanently. *Please make sure that your hair is detangled and hasn't been shampooed within 2 days of this service. Because this is a chemical service, a scheduled consultation is mandatory before you receive the relaxer. There can't be any form of abrasions on your scalp on the day of service. This can be done by scratching, aggressive manipulation, or an existing scalp condition. If you are requiring a relaxer retouch service, I will be only applying a relaxer to your new growth or regrowth of your natural hair. *The prices listed are STARTING PRICES for this service, which include applying the relaxer, shampooing, and conditioning your hair. Thickness, length and amount of product determine the ending price.

Cancellation Policy

IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS TO MY  NEW AND LOYAL CLIENTS I DO REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR VISIT WITH ME.  1ST TIME CANCELLATION:   IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS (2 DAYS) NOTICE, THE  CANCELLATION FEE IS 50% OF THE SERVICE REQUESTED, THIS WILL BE DUE BEFORE A NEW APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICES REQUESTED, AS WELL AS A RE-BOOKING FEE OF $25 FOR FIRST TIME NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS.. SECOND TIME, NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE EQUAL TO THE TOTAL SERVICE COST THAT WAS SCHEDULED AND ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE PREPAYMENT IN ADVANCE.  ALL OF OUR TIME IS IMPORTANT, I, AS YOUR CHOSEN STYLIST, WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU, AS THE CLIENT, AND I RECEIVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE.
