Service Description

Some days all you need is a good shampoo to break up that stress and melt it away. Basic S&C: This is a shampoo and conditioning service. DEEP S&C: This is a deep cleansing shampoo and conditioning for your scalp and hair. This service includes a deep shampoo, scalp massage, and a conditioning cap. Conditioning is optional for both services. This service does not include detangling but is a great service for pre or post braiding.

Cancellation Policy

IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS TO MY  NEW AND LOYAL CLIENTS I DO REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR VISIT WITH ME.  1ST TIME CANCELLATION:   IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS (2 DAYS) NOTICE, THE  CANCELLATION FEE IS 50% OF THE SERVICE REQUESTED, THIS WILL BE DUE BEFORE A NEW APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICES REQUESTED, AS WELL AS A RE-BOOKING FEE OF $25 FOR FIRST TIME NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS.. SECOND TIME, NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE EQUAL TO THE TOTAL SERVICE COST THAT WAS SCHEDULED AND ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE PREPAYMENT IN ADVANCE.  ALL OF OUR TIME IS IMPORTANT, I, AS YOUR CHOSEN STYLIST, WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU, AS THE CLIENT, AND I RECEIVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE.
