Service Description

*Please book a consultation before all chemical services. * The color retouch service includes me applying color to your new growth or regrowth. A full color service includes me applying color over more than 3 inches of new growth or regrowth. Lighten and Tone service requires me to lighten your hair to a desired level and then use a color and/or toner to achieve the desired look. *This is not a highlighting service* For locs: service for locs, is charged based upon the overall look you want to achieve. Always consider the strength of your locs, the length of your locks and the thickness of your locs before booking before booking this service. Price listed are the starting price. The more product used the higher the amount will be.

Cancellation Policy

IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS TO MY  NEW AND LOYAL CLIENTS I DO REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR VISIT WITH ME.  1ST TIME CANCELLATION:   IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS (2 DAYS) NOTICE, THE  CANCELLATION FEE IS 50% OF THE SERVICE REQUESTED, THIS WILL BE DUE BEFORE A NEW APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICES REQUESTED, AS WELL AS A RE-BOOKING FEE OF $25 FOR FIRST TIME NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS.. SECOND TIME, NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE EQUAL TO THE TOTAL SERVICE COST THAT WAS SCHEDULED AND ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE PREPAYMENT IN ADVANCE.  ALL OF OUR TIME IS IMPORTANT, I, AS YOUR CHOSEN STYLIST, WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU, AS THE CLIENT, AND I RECEIVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE.
